VerifiedLeadGen provides informational, address-only opportunity data derived from official public records, matched by trade and territory. It is informational only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee opportunity volume, the accuracy of underlying government records, appointments, jobs, or revenue. Opportunity flow follows real recorded activity in your area.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your own marketing and outreach compliance, including mail regulations and any applicable solicitation rules, and for how you use the data.
Subscriptions
Plans are month-to-month and cancellable anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Pricing may change with notice. Free samples are one-time and discretionary. Full billing terms finalize when subscriptions launch.
Acceptable use
No reselling or republishing the data feed, no representing VerifiedLeadGen as the sender of your outreach, and no unlawful use.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We target high reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
