Where does the data come from?
Opportunities come from official public project records — including building permits and related property activity — and every one links to its source so you can verify it yourself. How we collect, classify and time opportunities is our proprietary engine — that part we keep to ourselves.
Is this legal and public information?
Yes. Opportunities are based on official public records, delivered address-only. You receive nothing that is not publicly verifiable.
Do you provide phone numbers or emails?
No. Delivery is address-only. That is deliberate: it keeps you fully clear of TCPA and DNC exposure and makes the product ideal for direct mail, door hangers, and route planning.
Is my territory exclusive?
On the Semi-Exclusive plan your trade and territory are shared with at most one other company. On Starter, territories are not exclusive, but we never mass-distribute an opportunity.
How fresh are the opportunities?
Fresh is the product. Digests are built around same-day and this-week activity, with a freshness label on every row. Older activity does not mix into your digest.
What areas are covered?
We serve the Tampa Bay metro today and expand by demand. When you request a sample, we confirm coverage for your exact territory before anything else.
Do you guarantee jobs or lead volume?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Opportunity flow follows real activity in your area. What we do promise: every opportunity is verifiable, timed, and matched to your trade.
Can I choose my territory?
Yes — counties, cities, or ZIP-code sets. Semi-Exclusive plans include territory tuning.
Can this connect to my CRM later?
CRM delivery is on the roadmap. Today you receive a daily digest, with CSV export available on request.
Why should I trust a new product?
Because you do not have to trust us — you can check every single opportunity against its official source. Start with the free sample; the report either proves itself in your territory or it does not.
